En la prensa de hoy se public\u00f3 la resoluci\u00f3n y recomendaciones del Instituto de Derechos Humanos, al Ministerio del Interior sobre el caso de Santa Catalina, desde luego no estamos criticando nada en absoluto,sobre el fondo de la cuesti\u00f3n, por el contrario trat\u00e1ndose de tan importante Instituto, que por supuesto merece todo nuestro respeto y acatamiento, pero por eso no vamos a dejar de preguntarnos y a la vez dejar esta pregunta abierta a la sociedad:<\/p>\n

\u00bfEl estado cumple cabalmente con la recomendaci\u00f3n de la resolucion 57 del 31\/12\/09 de la comision Interamericana de Derechos Humanos de la organizaci\u00f3n de Estados Americanos en el Informe Seguridad ciudadana y Derechos Humanos, sobre todo en lo referente a los derechos de los trabajadores Policiales? <\/p>\n

Por eso adjuntamos en numeral 4 de esta resoluci\u00f3n desde los art. 77 al 99, pero recomendamos por sobre todo los art.92 y 93.- <\/p>\n

REAFIRMAMOS QUE LA INSEGURIDAD TIENE SOLUCI\u00d3N SI SE RESPETAN LOS DERECHOS HUMANOS FUNDAMENTALES DEL TRABAJADOR POLICIAL, por que adem\u00e1s de no cumplirse tanta cosa se agrega una muy grave EL DERECHO A LA NEGOCIACI\u00d3N COLECTIVA<\/strong>, derecho humano fundamental, para poder negociar salarios dignos, vivienda, salud laboral, salario vacacional nocturnidad,horas extras,d\u00edas feriados, etc,etc.<\/p>\n

Deber\u00eda el Instituto controlar tambi\u00e9n esto lo decimos respetuosamente, le violan los derechos a los trabajadores Policiales y \u00bfas\u00ed le ense\u00f1an a respetar estos derechos a los dem\u00e1s?, empecemos por el principio y estaremos evitando se causen estos dolores a las familias que nada tienen que ver. Lo que alg\u00fan Polic\u00eda hace mal, no necesariamente la fuerza deba sentirse culpable, son otros, y al fin y al cabo es la propia Polic\u00eda la que aclara los hechos en concordancia y auxilio a la justicia. <\/p>\n
