{"id":2185,"date":"2014-12-18T13:48:29","date_gmt":"2014-12-18T16:48:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sindicatopolicial.com.uy\/web\/?p=2185"},"modified":"2014-12-18T13:49:34","modified_gmt":"2014-12-18T16:49:34","slug":"demanda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/sindicatopolicial.uy\/web\/noticias\/demanda\/","title":{"rendered":"Demanda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Esto corresponde a un informe ordenado por el Ministro del Interior de la \u00e9poca BRUNI en el cual se basaron con otros argumentos por supuesto para demandar por mala liquidaci\u00f3n de los salarios por polic\u00edas de todo el Pais, ante el fracaso de intento de meternos algo en la ley de presupuesto 2011, en la del 2013 sacan del recibo estas partidas y lo colocan en el sueldo b\u00e1sico, quienes tienen a\u00fan guardados recibos viejos fijensen figuran estos tres objetos, en los nuevos recibos no est\u00e1n, y lo mas importante cortan a partir del 1 de enero 2013 de demandar de ah\u00ed en mas, si lo que corresponde hacia atr\u00e1s lo pueden seguir haciendo.<\/p>\n<p>     Lo que ha venido ocurriendo es que muchos polic\u00edas demandaron ganaron y otros muchos perdimos, siendo que las demandas en un 99 por ciento es la misma, bastaba ver cuando se present\u00f3 la nuestra en florida como el expediente es publico la copiaron y esta bien, por lo general la parte t\u00e9cnica de la justicia se pronunci\u00f3 en forma favorables incluidos tribunales, el Ministerio del Interior siempre coloca el recurso de casaci\u00f3n y lamentablemente la Suprema Corte de Justicia en lo que para nosotros falla equivocadamente y reforzamos nuestra apreciaci\u00f3n en que no fu\u00e9 un\u00e1nime el fallo por ejemplo de la demanda del SUPU en Florida, a los pocos d\u00edas sale otra favorable hecha por otros actores, en la cual es id\u00e9ntica a la situaci\u00f3n que tenemos ahora  en Rocha dos fallos favorables, no admitido por tribunal recurso de casaci\u00f3n, ahora el Ministerio plantea recurso por negaci\u00f3n, veremos que dice la corte ya que el antecedente de la ganada en Florida est\u00e1.
